Individual Identity:
All Co-operative members continue to manage their own affairs, operating individual personalised, unbranded and competitive travel businesses. There is no obligation to become a branded ATAC agent but members can display the ATAC logo in a variety of media which ensures their own identity remains dominant while identifying them as members of a progressive and united group.

Group Buying Power:
The Travel Agents' Co-op enjoys an excellent reputation for performance with its preferred partners and ensures our members enjoy access to current and competitive deals. This has been enhanced by our strategic alliance with the Concorde Agency Network - part of the Stella Group.

Preferred Partnerships:
All ATAC members enjoy equal access to preferred partnership arrangements from the day they join. These partnerships are reviewed regularly, in consultation with the membership, and offer a complete range of competitive commission and incentive arrangements. ATAC has relationships with quality suppliers who value our contribution to their businesses and are true partners in our progress. All members enjoy access to up front commissions with an extensive and comprehensive range of suppliers, as well as incentive arrangements and management bonuses where applicable. Preferred partner product and system training is also available as required.

Technology:

ATAC offers an affordable solution for its members Internet requirements with optional access to a professionally designed and maintained, fully-branded website which will cater for customers' needs and protect the members interest by redirecting enquiries or bookings to that member. Independent agents are encouraged to take advantage of exceptionally competitive site development and hosting packages negotiated on their behalf. The Travel Agents Co-operative web portal provides members with a secure and private facility which is updated daily with all prevailing retail and incentive offers from our suppliers. The portal also provides one-stop access to a wide variety of travel tools required to efficiently run a travel business and share information with like-minded independent agents. This facility is exclusive to Co-op members.

Moneydirect:
ATAC members enjoy all the benefits of a commercial arrangement with Moneydirect, the travel industry's electronic payment system. Moneydirect offers credit card processing, foreign currency drafts and an effective and efficient EFT payment facility for a wide range of preferred and non-aligned product suppliers.

Networking:
Regular state-based shareholder (members) meetings, some in conjunction with the Concorde Agency Network, ensure that all ATAC members are up to date with industry and organisational developments. Meetings are also decision-making events where members have input to and vote on a range of issues relevant to the running of the Co-operative. An annual shareholders meeting rounds out the range of networking options available to members.

Communication:
Members are provided with a constant flow of current information via the ATAC web portal (updated daily), email, verbal and written updates. An electronic newsletter is forwarded by our Strategic Partner, Concorde Agency Network, every 2 weeks and an ATAC-specific newsletter is emailed by the Business Development Manager each month.

Educationals:
Members have access to a range of educational opportunities offered by preferred partners, to increase the knowledge of both management and staff on the destinations and facilities on offer.

Trading Bonuses:
Should trading circumstances allow, ATAC members are entitled to year end trading bonuses via a profit distribution arrangement. Excess profits, derived from management fees paid and incentive targets achieved are shared with all members in direct proportion to their preferred product sales. This provides a substantial increase in income and a direct benefit to the bottom line.

Consolidation:
The Stella Group provides consolidation facilities for ATAC via Air Tickets. The Concorde organisation provides a comprehensive service of information and ticketing assistance to all ATAC members. Attractive commissions and a range of incentives are available to all members, plus access to the SmartFares database and SmartTickets Online.
